The person, who refused to be identified as the talks are private, stated that Richard Schulze, who is working with Credit Suisse Group AG (ADR) (NYSE:CS), may also sell his 20% stake in the corporation.
Richard Schulze stated in May that he would resign as chairman after an internal investigation found he failed to tell the board about charges that then-Chief Executive Officer Brian Dunn was having an unsuitable relationship with a female worker.
Schulze had planned to resign after the corporation’s yearly meeting on June 21.
