ConocoPhillips (NYSE:COP) Declares $15.8 Billion Capital Spending Plan in 2013

The Houston, Texas based ConocoPhillips (NYSE:COP) on Friday reported a 2013 capital spending aims of $15.8 billion, unchanged from 2012.

The corporation allocated 60% of the capital to its North America unit and 40% to Europe, Asia Pacific, and other areas abroad.

ConocoPhillips reported that it will offer analysts and investors additional details of the scheme in previous February. The corporation also reported that it anticipates completing its asset-sale plan coming year.

The Houston, Texas based company previous week reported that the sale of its stake in a Kazahkstan project to India’s ONGC Videsh Ltd for $5 billion, the most recent on its divestiture schemes.
