Google (GOOG) Yet to Settle EU Regulators Probe

Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG), world most dominant search engine has still to provide EU regulators concessions to speak about doubts that it might have mistreated its market domination, the EU’s antitrust chief commented on Thursday, elevating the projections of a furious clash between the two parties.

Almost three weeks back, EU Competition Commissioner Joaquin Almunia presented the world’s most renowned search engine a final opportunity to conclude the 18-month long investigation and shun a charge that could move up to 10 percent of the firm’s worldwide income.

Almunia told Reuters on question whether Google replied to this ultimatum: Nothing from Google up till now, we are waiting for a response from Google.

Its competitors include AOL, Inc. (NYSE:AOL) that moved up 1.31% to $27.76 with the total traded volume of 221,184.00 shares and Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO) that traded at flat to $15.36 with the total traded volume of 4.07 million shares.

(NASDAQ:CSCO) down -0.66% to $16.58, Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ:ORCL) down -0.62% to $27.36 and Comverse Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:CMVT) down -4.45% to $5.80.

Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG) stock’s trade at beginning with a price of $587.60 and the current trading session climbed at a high of $587.89 other than the stock finally declined -0.39% to $578.29 at 10:51AM EDT.

Shares price of GOOG moved down from its 20 days moving average with -2.93% and remote negatively from 50 days moving average with -5.00%. GOOG current year earnings per share experienced an addition with 13.10% while its current quarter performance remained -4.32%.
