The company announced on Thursday that its subsidiary, Action App Corp., is in the midst of releasing 28 new iPhone Apps to the Apple iPhone Store. The company intends to release one App per day over the next 28 days as it try’s to increase exposure of daily releases from the company. The company’s CEO stated “We are excited about our release schedule and feel that these new apps will substantially increase our download rate and yield to increased profitability.”
Thwapr Inc. (OTCBB:THWI) is trading over 5.5 percent lower today. The company announced the roll out of a new way marketers can deploy, track and measure their mobile video campaigns. The new ‘Content Management Online Dashboard’ is aimed a providing a faster and easier way for marketers to upload, disseminate and manage video to their mobile fan base.
247MGI (PINK:TOFS) released a clarification and apology for confusion today for yesterdays press release. The company has entered into a stock purchase agreement with another public company and sold back to them a large block of their stock. The stock will be sold back to the company for $200,000 and will allow the other public company to complete their own reverse merger with a private company. The press release stated ‘247MGI owns aged debt, some as old as 2 years which the company plans on converting after the merger and selling in the market to further increase revenue for the last quarter of 2011. 247MGI will be entering into an agreement with the new company once the merger is complete to assist with funding which will be a long term project, increasing revenues for 2012.’
