Tyson, the largest U.S. food processor, admitted bribing government-employed inspectors and salaried $5.2 million to avoid prosecution. Wal-Mart, the world’s leading retailer, began an internal probe in 2005, shut it down and did not disclose the matter to regulators and prosecutors until late previous year, following learning the New York Times was examined, the paper reported.

Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (NYSE:WMT) stock’s trade at beginning with a price of $59.53 and throughout the trading session climbed at a high of $59.66 other than when day-trade ended the stock finally declined -0.27% to $59.19.
