Don Julio is a manufacturer of flour and corn tortillas, and salty snacks such as potato chips, tortilla chips and pretzels. The company sells products to retailers throughout the United States under the Don Julio Authentic and Clover Club brands.
The purchase comprises all brands marketed by Don Julio, equipment and linked assets.
At the current trading session, Tyson Foods, Inc (NYSE:TSN) shares are down -0.87% to $24.01 while the stocks are trading within the range of $23.91 – $24.22. In the past year, the stock has traded within a range of $14.06 – $24.24. The current session’s volume of 5.14 million shares is higher from their average daily trading volume of 4.89 million shares.
The Cambridge, Massachusetts based Zipcar Inc (NASDAQ:ZIP), which is being acquired by Avis, reported fiscal Q4 net income that hiked on a tax benefit as membership in the car-sharing company moved up by 16% by the finish of the year.
The company earned $13.8 million or 34 cents a share for the quarter finished Dec 31, high sharply from $3.9 million or 9 cents a share in previous year.
Zipcar Inc (NASDAQ:ZIP) shares no change for the day to $12.24 while the stock is trading within the range of $12.23 – $12.24 in the current trading session. In the last 12 months the shares have traded between $5.90 and $15.12. The current session’s volume of 620,686.00 shares is lower from their average daily trading volume of 892,762.00 shares.
