| Job Description : | Job Description: Job Description Performs a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical / accounting function in accordance with standard procedures in one or more of the following areas: general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable or related financial area. Reconciles bank accounts, posts information and balances general or subsidiary ledgers, processes payments and compiles segments of monthly closings, annual reports, etc. Applies advanced skills as well as adapts procedures, processes, and techniques to meet the requirements of the position. Duties and tasks reflect substantial variety and complexity. May serve as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues. May be designated as “lead” worker. Analysis of ATMs serviced by vendors and financial center employees including taking and receiving phone calls to discuss and resolve issues; adjusting customer DDAs and internal general ledgers to offset exceptions related to the ATM transactions. Minimum Required Skills: 1+ years’ Accounting experience or equivalent Previous experience in ATM/banking environment Ability to prioritize daily tasks with minimal guidance Demonstrates thoroughness, accuracy, and timeliness, achieving performance metrics on a consistent basis Excellent analytical & decision-making skills Detailed oriented, self-motivated, assertive Demonstrates ability to work flexible schedules and adapt quickly to change Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Work well in a team environment as well as independently Demonstrates leadership skills consistently Proficient skills utilizing MS Excel and PowerPoint Desired Skills: Previous experience in ATM/banking environment desired Solid understanding of the Six Sigma methodology Experience with various systems which may include: LEAN, Boss, Card IS, IGL, Content Navigator, MSS, Image View Job Band: H7 Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Weekly Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM Referral Bonus Amount: 0 |
