Job Opening for Accounts Payable Associate in Louis Vuitton Malletier (New York, NY)

This diverse role will:

Review & approve expense reports through Concur by ensuring that all processes are followed with company Travel & Expense Policy
Process and record all accounts payable transactions with proper account coding, authorization, and payment terms
Vendor setup- Ensuring that correct information is provided, vendor creation and confirmation
Apply organizational skills to research payments, audit and process expense reports, process petty cash reimbursements to the stores, and provide Audit Documentation when needed.
Complete intercompany confirmations, Month End Closing and Booking Journal Entries.
Prepare monthly accruals

PROFILE
We are eager to speak to professionals with a minimum of two years’ experience in Accounts Payable, someone with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, possesses an eye for detail, is deadline oriented and has excellent interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of SAP, proficiency in Spanish and retail industry experience and/or multinational company experience with an Accounting Degree are a plus.
