| Job Description : | Our client, a multi-strategy hedge fund in New York, NY is looking to add an Accounts Payable Analyst to their team! Responsibilities include AP processing, expense management and reporting, and payment approvals and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will come with at least three years’ experience in accounts payable for a financial services firm, preferably an asset manager, and excellent communication skills. Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel are required.Responsibilities Include:Managing the firm’s full cycle accounts payable functions and processingProcessing a high volume of invoices, and responsible for cash and bank reconciliationCreating Accounts Payable batches for invoicesRequirements:Three years’ experience in accounts payable, preferably with an asset management firmAdvanced Microsoft Excel capabilitiesAbility to work independently, both in a remote and in-office environmentJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $32.00 – $37.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Accounts Payable Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
