|Job Description :||Location: Remote, United StatesWhat we need: Reporting to the Manager, Internal Advisory Consulting, this position provides support for a designated territory working in partnership with a Regional Manager, Advisory Consulting to provide the highest quality service and support for financial advisors that are committed to the fee-based advisory business model. The primary objective of the position is to drive the growth of assets under management and net new assets on Cetera’s advisory platforms.What you will do:Responsible for relationship building and selling by phone to increase and retain advisory assets.Create advisory business opportunities with top advisors by making outbound & taking inbound calls daily.Provide sales ideas, handle product questions, and communicate product information to advisors.Provide quality customer service to internal & external customers by creating & instilling value-added service in the sales process.Provide product and procedural information to financial advisors to ensure the accuracy of the advisory asset realization process.Responsible for answering calls efficiently to meet corporate metrics and service level agreements.Accountable for tracking advisory sales assets and recording results.Responsible for supporting Regional Manager, Advisory Consulting external / field sales efforts.What you need to have: Sales experience in a brokerage or banking environment3-5 years Brokerage experienceFINRA Series 6 or Series 7 LicenseObtain Series 7 License within 60 days of EmploymentObtain Series 66 or 63/65 within 60 days of EmploymentBachelor of Science or Arts Degree (or equivalent experience)Really catch our eye with: Excellent telephone, written, and verbal communication skillsStrong time management & problem-solving skillsStrong team orientation and collaboration skillsStrong attention to detailGood judgment & sensitivity in handling confidential & client informationOur top-performers share the following traits: CFP®, AIF, CWS® and/or other designationsWholesale sales experienceSales methodology training, such as Miller HeimanPhone sales experienceJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayNo nightsNo weekendsSupplemental Pay:Bonus payCommission payWork Location: Remote|
