| Job Description : | Department: Campbell County Assessor’s Office Contact Person: Troy Clements, (307) 682-7266 Position Summary: The Campbell County Assessor’s Office is seeking an individual for the position of Appraiser. The successful candidate will perform a variety of duties involved in the appraisal of real estate at fair market value based on gathered data and market conditions. Pay Grade: 106 Qualifications Education/Training: High school education or equivalent. Specialized training in the Fundamentals of Real Property Appraisal with three to four years of experience assessing property is preferred, but not necessary. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain productive working relationships. Must have or be able to obtain temporary certification as a Wyoming Tax Appraiser within the first year. Strong computer and records management skills a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Special Requirements Working Environment: Moderate exposure to undesirable working conditions or exposure. Physical Activities: Essential functions require maintaining physical condition necessary for considerable physical activity such as sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, crouching/stooping/squatting, twisting upper body, and lifting an average of 40 lbs.; travel to different sites and locations.
