Duties & Responsibilities: Update vehicle tracking of daily vehicle movement and vehicles purchased and sold Access Wright Express (WEX) website to maintain WEX cards for vehicles and PIN for team members Reassign WEX cards in the WEX system when vehicles move locations Generate specific weekly exception reports on the WEX website Investigate suspicious fuel purchases Sign paperwork for vehicle sales and purchases Complete application paperwork to secure vehicle titles in Ohio and other states where applicable Renew yearly registration for all vehicles in the AVI fleet Use Microsoft Excel to maintain tracking sheets and update monthly reports Generate weekly fuel purchase reports to distribute to the field and HQSC departments Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel |
