| Job Description : | Accounting Manager assist the Regional Director of Finance and oversee daily accounting operations. Must have hotel accounting background.Oversee daily accounting operations.Perform bank reconciliation and month-end reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.Prepare monthly trial balance and financial reports, including P&L accounts, balance sheets and cash flow statements.Review and analyze all accounts before issuing final monthly financial statement for California hotels.Prepare various monthly reports as required by the management.Assist the Regional Director of Finance in checking and validating whether purchase requisitions fall under capital expenditure or expense budgets.Oversee the handling of Accounts Receivable duties including billing, collection of payments, and running accounts receivable aging reports at month end.Oversee the handling of Accounts payables duties including invoices payments, and running accounts payables aging reports at month end and reconciliation of vendor statements.Prepares and sends out Daily Operating Reports to Managers.Oversee the processing of bi-weekly payroll.Assists employees, vendors, clients, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services.Supervise accounting clerks and daily accounting operations including but not limited to, income audits.Job Type: Full-timePay: $26.00 – $35.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Hotel Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations |
