Location: St. Louis MO (Hybrid schedule after 90 days!)
Salary: Based on Experience $65-80K
Requirements: Bachelors Degree Accounting with 5+ years of experience

Experience working with Vantage Point softwareCPA License NOT required but would be a plus
What You Will Be DoingDaily reconciliation/reporting bank activity, accounts payable, & accounts receivableProcessing payroll for all employeesResponsible for collections outstanding balances due and weekly reporting to CFO on status of all outstanding accountsReconciliation of credit card expenses and expense reports to ensure proper receipts have been submitted, charged to appropriate projects/accountsEnsure all client invoices are compliant with contracts and invoices are submitted to appropriate contacts via appropriate delivery method
Ensure all vendors and subcontractors have appropriate documentation in place prior to establishing them as a vendor in systemAssist CFO with month end journals, reconciliations, updating of Fixed Asset ScheduleAssist with HR administration when neededCross train staff on setting up vendors, clients, projects, entering AP and AR invoices, applying cash and making paymentsBackup or assist during busy times as needed. May be assigned to specific projects for monthly billing
What You Need for this PositionBachelors Degree in Accounting
5+ years of experience in accounting
