We have an opportunity for you to join our team as our Assistant Finance Manager for the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). You will be an integral part of the team of our award winning team, who ensure that our investments are recorded correctly and that our external investment account providers are supplied with the regulatory information they require. Our International Head office is based in Kingshill, Kent where you will be based part of your time in the office and part of your time working from home.
You will join us on a full time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week. Working hours are 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch but flexibility is available.

As our Assistant Finance Manager your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the preparation of board and committee papers for CAF’s Investment Advisory Committee
Responding promptly to AML/KYC/regulatory information requests from external and internal parties
Executing a proactive refresh of AML/KYC/regulatory information across all external parties providing investment accounts and brokerage to CAF
Improving and maintaining investment data held in our systems for the purpose of improving timely reporting to both our underlying donors and for internal purposes
Supporting the design and implementation of new processes in respect of above.

Skills required of our Assistant Finance Manager:
Considerable financial or investment accounting and administration background
High levels of numeracy and attention to details
Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
