Job Summary
Direct oversight and administration of all internal accounting operations within the University Campus Store including: accountants payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, financial reports, budgets, people soft, year-end reconciliation and R&R funds. Administers and coordinates the annual budgeting and inventory process for all Campus Store Departments.
Responsibilities
Direct all accounting staff, functions and activities.
Ensure the integration of the Campus Store accounting system with the University PeopleSoft system and act as the liaison to University General Accounting.
Oversee the appropriation, recording and disbursement of R&R funds.
Coordinates the annual budgeting process for the Campus Store and meets all Auxiliary and University requirements.
Coordinates the physical inventory preparations for the annual store-wide year-end inventory and the various mid-year departmental inventories.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, a related area, or equivalency required; plus six years of progressively more responsible management experience; and demonstrated leadership, human relations and effective communication skills also required. Master’s degree in Business Administration or related area preferred. This position is not responsible for providing patient care. Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.
