| Job Description : | The Branch Supervisor/FSA II handles a broad range of member transactions and inquiries on the frontline, refers products and services suited to member needs and acts as back-up to the Branch Manager as needed.Supervises and performs all duties in compliance with Credit Union policies & procedures.Provides leadership, guidance and training to office personnel, as assigned by the Branch Manager.Ensures complex member inquires and requests are resolved promptly and appropriately.Assists members with consumer loans and related products and services.Assist Branch Manager in the completion of branch balancing, monthly audits and reports.Performs duties and responsibilities of Branch Manager in their absence.Contributes to and attends all office-departmental training sessions and organizational meetings.Attends community events on behalf of the Credit Union.Fills in and performs position duties at other offices as needed.Prerequisites:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, core system navigation and general office equipment.Ability to solve practical problems, ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or scheduled form.Detailed-orientated, proficient in multi-tasking, handling critical tasks involving confidential and sensitive data as well as communicating regularly with members and staff.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages.Valid drivers license requiredJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:8 hour shiftWeekend availabilityEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Supervising Experience: 1 year (Preferred)Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
