We are seeking a RLR Communication Business Analyst (Reality Labs Research) on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. Our Business Analyst works closely with the portfolio and communication leads to update and help hold accountable for reporting needs and requirements.

What You’ll Do:
Create and maintain portfolio tracker and schedule (via spreadsheets and/or dashboards) to track programs, projects, status and points of contact for programs and projects throughout the organization.
Strong fluency with Excel and Google Sheets.
Experience with run metrics (using coding if necessary) to see utilization.
Cross functional communication experience to help drive accountability.
Ability to update group website to maintain report schedule and work with updating content when needed.
Identify reporting needs and develop tools and processes to streamline reporting.
This includes working with the portfolio and communication leads, research leads, and program managers to identify current reporting practices and unmet reporting needs, then develop processes to integrate and streamline reporting to meet needs of multiple audiences.
Drive reporting accountability across the organization.
Help manage and synthesize reports for leadership.
Regularly update reporting and information platforms.
Help drive overhaul and refresh of different information resources for the organization, to include Google websites, Workplace, SharePoint, and other platforms.
Map web presence and user engagement
Map and assess research group web presence.
Run metrics (using coding if necessary) to see utilization.
Collaborate with commas lead to identify group communication needs and channel effectiveness.
Work with commas lead to update research group website wireframe based on current needs, then update/build out the site.
Develop limited content for updated website (collaborate with technical writer for more extensive content build out).

Must-Haves:
4-year degree in related discipline.
Experience developing and using portfolio management tools
Background managing portfolios for complex, quickly evolving organizations.
Must be willing and able to work with a wide variety of people to continuously update map of the organization.
Ability to create and run coding to pull metrics from different types of databases.
Ability to build webpages, including developing wireframes, designing templates, and coding when necessary.
Experience coordinating with different stakeholders to get updates, integrate into reports, and share with executive leadership.
Experience working at Client’s , preferably in Reality Labs.
Experience in complex engineering organizations.
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to moderate approach based on a wide range of communication styles.
Strong ability to initiate solutions, work independently, and manage one’s time.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be onsite at our Customer’s Redmond, WA or Sunnyvale, CA or Burlingame, CA office once it is determined safe to do so.
