|Job Description :||*******(This is an in-office position in Columbia, MD)*********Summary of responsibilitiesThe Client Service Associate enhances the client experience by providing outstanding administrative and operational support to Lead Advisors, Associate Financial Planners, and Paraplanners.The ideal candidate for this position is an individual who excels in a fast-paced, team orientated environment; someone who can manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.Principal responsibilitiesProactively prepares client review meeting agendas and meeting follow-up items.Complete and process client account paperwork efficiently using broker/dealer forms and e-signature software.Effectively utilizes Commonwealth Financial Network® resources to request insurance quotes/illustrations, prepare paperwork, deliver completed policies, and collect first payment.Organize and manage of client and advisor/planner “to-dos”.Contact clients to collect and confirm data for financial plans.Assist in preparation of prospective client marketing and current client appreciation events.Input updated values into appropriate planning software (e.g. create reports using Morningstar®).Complete and monitor compliance-related items.Protects confidential and proprietary information.
