Your role
Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people? We’re looking for someone like that who can provide operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors.
You’ll:
keep management systems up-to-date with client informationeducate clients on account services and capabilitieshelp with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetingscollect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requestsplan team marketing events and maintain marketing materialsprovide the team with a detailed calendar of activities
Your team
You’ll be working in the Wealth Management team in The Woodlands, TX. Your role is to be the first person everyone meets at our front desk, manage deposits for the branch, order supplies, pay invoices, etc. You will have various roles in the branch, while giving you the opportunity to show yourself and grow within the role and onto other endeavors if you wish to pursue.
Your expertise
You have:
a high school diplomaclient service experienceseries 7 and 66 licenses (for registered CSAs only)
You are:
an excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal
detail oriented (nothing gets past you)proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
