Job Description : | We are a mature, specialized and successful Wealth Management Advisory firm situated in the TransAmerica Building in San Francisco. We provide high-end investment planning services and seek to find an energetic, detail minded, and business oriented financial associate who enjoys working in a team environment.The perfect candidate is self-motivated, possesses exceptional problem solving/analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and building relationships. This person would enjoy building a client base, planning and preparing investment analysis programs; participate in client quarterly reviews and “value-based” planning, track client portfolios and solving client problems.Responsibilities and DutiesProvide dedicated operational support to two financial advisors.Focus on ongoing client engagement including regular client contact, follow through and follow up on team commitments to clients, client communications, and assisting with new client on-boarding processes.Prepare all paperwork and reports for client meetings.Maintain client case files, performance reports, account forms, and other required paperwork.Create and monitor an activities system for client follow up and service requirements.Work with clients to complete paperwork and other service-related inquiries.Ensure compliance requirements are implemented and followed.Keep up to date with changing technology.Prepare client letters, emails, and other written communication.Attend client and team meetings as required.Play an essential role in the workflow of the office.Concentrate on ongoing client service including both investment service and risk management service.Organize and manage client information and paperwork.The ideal candidate would have: Very detail-orientedA strong background in high touch client service.Previous experience with financial planning.The ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize while managing a highly varied workload.Excel, MS Word, Power Point,Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Education: Bachelor’s degreeSeries 7 License – preferredSeries 6 or 66 – preferredLife, Health and Disability – preferredCompensation: $65 – 95k (based on experience)Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 – $95,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location |
