| Job Description : | Highly profitable mid-size growing company looking for a controller to help lead and facilitate its accounting and controls. The Preferred candidate will have a bachelor or master’s degree in accounting or finance. Must have CPA certification. At least 10 years of experience in accounting and management of accounting team. Reports directly to our CFO. Must have project management skills. Our industry builds sites that cost $2.5mm all in. We build sites that are well north of $10mm in cost, outperform the average industry model, and create significant barriers to entry. Our strategy is three-fold: 1) Place people in positions they enjoy coming to every day; 2) create highly-differentiated fun experience for our customers; and 3) generate far-above-average returns on our investments (which by design is the third leg of our strategy because it is the byproduct of doing the first two legs correctly).
