In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to grow and develop your skills as a finance professional through various responsibilities, including maintaining the corporate model, conducting financial analysis, and supporting strategic initiatives across TI.The ideal candidate is proactive and driven, with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the numbers. Located in either our New York, NY or Saddle Brook, NJ, offices and reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be a critical part of a visible, cross-functional team that will help drive strategic decision making.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in corporate development activities, including financial and commercial due diligence, modeling, valuation, and presentation preparationWork across TI to help decision support through creation of financial models, analysis of historical results, variance analysis and trend identification for improvementsEvaluate investment opportunities and present analysis to senior managementMaintain corporate model based on historical information and update financial projectionsWork with the accounting team to prepare monthly financial reportsMaintain database of industry data related to M&A and financing activitiesWork with the CFO to prepare quarterly board meeting materialsSupport the CFO in development of the annual budgetLead ad-hoc strategic initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or another analytical discipline2+ years of professional working experience in investment banking, principal investing or consultingSuperior financial modeling skills, valuation and corporate finance knowledgeA self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills. and ability to multi-task to manage daily workload and deliver against deadlinesWhat we offerTI is an innovator within the digital infrastructure ecosystem that puts its people and customers at the forefront of everything it does.
