We’re hiring an Analytics Success Director! This role is responsible for the successful implementation and adoption of Advanced Analytics/ Machine Learning products into the business.
We’re looking for candidates with strong project management skills who have the ability to work well in multi-functional teams. Applicants should be able to communicate sophisticated technical and analytical business solutions to all levels of the organization while compelling others to action. This individual will support Product Squads and the Business in the development of new solutions by providing insights and identifying business requirements, validation, gaps, and constraints, while prioritizing the end user experience.
What will you work on
If this is you, you will use your extensive experience of advanced analytics, process re-engineering and lean thinking to drive the education, implementation, adoption and measurement of Analytical Products, in close collaboration with business teams and Product Management. You will belong to the Digital Demand Sensing (DDS) team and work to support several of the Analytical products. You will also partner with the Analytics’ Success Manager and be responsible for looking holistically across the all DDS products to ensure and drive analytical connectivity.
You will be responsible for educating the business in Advanced Analytics and Optimization and to help break down the black box. You will also be responsible for driving and participating in the discovery process, defining business requirements, process mapping and documentation in support of new Products
You will also build roll-out and adoption plans, incorporating tracking and measurement. You will establish change agent networks and work with business SMEs to implement, test, and drive adoption, developing remediation plans as appropriate.
Who will you work with
You will report into the Senior Director, Analytics Success and partner with Product, Data Scientists, Finance, Planning, and Technology teams. You will work closely with Change Management to support user adoption and ensure successful outcomes through deployment of new technology and analytic tools.

What you bring
Bachelors degree required or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
Proven experience in management consulting and/or retail, preferably in merchandising and/or planning
Strong data analytic skills and experience working with data scientists, advanced analytics, and/or machine learning
Ability to perform robust analysis, manipulate data to draw conclusions and provide context to partners
Knowledge of digital and physical retail planning, merchandising, allocation, and operational processes a plus
Comprehensive understanding of the market landscape, both through a technology and competitor lens is a plus
