A media company in New York City is actively seeking a dynamic and hardworking professional to join their staff as their new Director of Finance. In this role, the Director of Finance will partner with leadership to evaluate, plan, and execute to achieve goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
The Director of Finance will:
Submit weekly revenue and metrics reporting across the podcast division
Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
Coordinate with business development team
Analyze and review monthly P&L results
Support partner relations team from a finance perspective
Drive process improvements and proactively develop ways to improve the speed and accuracy in the forecasting and budget process for both revenue and expenses
Collaborate on ad-hoc projects with business leaders across the organization
Help to develop and drive the company’s long-term strategic plan while providing insights from a variety of internal and external sources
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
7-12+ years of experience
Proficiency with computer platforms and applications
FP&A knowledge
Ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills |
