Works with Sales Leadership to develop and implement strategies and programs to help LoanOfficers with lead generation, retention, and recruiting efforts. Educates Regional Managers, Branch Managers, and Loan Officers (LOs) regarding Best Practices in the Field, Key Home Office Initiatives, Promotions and Programs in an effort to acquire incremental customers (Realtors, Builders, Homeowners) in achieving our mission to be 1st Choice. Manages and implements marketing activities to drive regional and branch traffic and provides on‐going project management leadership across multiple product and project teams. Gathers competitive information and feedback related to Marketing to share with regional and corporate leadership. Analyzes mortgage sales’ trends and applies revenue‐related metrics to make recommendations for future Marketing Department actions. Travel 25%‐35% percent of time.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesDevelops and communicates marketing strategies, develops and implements field specific promotions, lead generation programs and campaigns, direct response campaigns, targeted advertising, client retention and customer referral programs in order to support regional production goals and objectives.Facilitates communication between Home Office and The Field Offices (specifically regions) as it pertains to marketing activities.Implements strategies and programs to help Loan Officers demonstrate the value of our services.Assists Regions and Branches efforts to drive branch traffic (targeted campaigns, collateral support, word‐of‐mouth, guerilla advertising, and retention and acquisition programs).Serves as the customer experience advocate in the field to ensure that the company delivers on its brand promise.Provides product/data solutions to enhance customers’ experience and business results.Gathers competitive information and feedback related to Marketing to share with regional and corporate leadership.Other Functions & ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates excellent program execution, project management, and is detail driven.Demonstrates excellent communication, and interpersonal skills and an above averageunderstanding of the Voice of the Customer.Demonstrates excellent customer service and sales skills.Demonstrates ability to build and work effectively with teams.Demonstrates excellent analytical and organizational skillsJob QualificationsExperience3‐5 years of applicable experience is required, preferably in Marketing or Sales is desired. Leadership and project management experience is desirable.EducationA Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred. A Master’s degree is a plus.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesCourtesy, customer service, and tact are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.Other SkillsProficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Working Knowledge of In Design is desirable.Physical RequirementsRequires effective communication with customers and/or other employees using common telecommunications equipment and computer equipment. Must be able to read, examine, and organizedocuments. May require the ability to sit, stand, and walk around for extended periods of time. May also require the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.Work EnvironmentPosition will often be in a busy office environment. The ability to multitask and focus in this environment is essential.
