WHO YOU ARE
The function of the Finance Division is to provide strategic financing strategies input and leadership advice on decision making issues affecting the company’s financial health.
The Compliance Analyst is responsible for the calculating, compiling and tracking of all financial loan covenants. In addition, this position will contribute to the underwriting, analysis, and financial modeling of commercial real estate investments. Deliverables (financial models, investment summaries, verbal feedback) will be utilized in developing internal valuations, formulating financing strategy, determining investment feasibility, and analyzing investment performance, among other ad hoc analytical tasks.
This position contributes to the accomplishment of the company’s finance practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, absolute accountability, quality, productivity and standards, and Objective and Key Results (OKR’s) attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce in accordance to the Company’s Manifesto and Culture Deck.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provides financial calculations for loan covenants.
Compiles and tracks loan covenants.
Maintains amortization schedules for all outstanding loans.
Assists with the submittal of construction draws.
Provides financial analysis on a regular basis to drive strategic decisions and drive organization initiatives.
Assist in the creation and completion of financial models.
Measure, monitor and enhance the financial models.
Create, maintain, and refine dynamic commercial real estate financial models to understand investment performance and determine the feasibility of opportunities
Utilize Argus Enterprise and Microsoft Excel for model creation and investment performance analysis
Calculate fundamental property-level return metrics from a levered and unlevered perspective
Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis of investment opportunities and current holdings
All other duties as assigned.

. Requirements:
WHAT WE NEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)
Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate or related field.
Experience and/or Training Experience with Excel and financial modeling skills.
Technology/Equipment Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
WHAT WE PREFER
Experience and/or Training Experience with Argus preferred.
