Crestwood owns and operates a diversified portfolio of crude oil and natural gas gathering, processing, storage and transportation assets that connect fundamental energy supply with energy demand across North America.The Finance team plays a key role in the success of Crestwood and oversees the financial and investment strategy, capital structure, and financing activities of the company. The team is responsible for (i) the budget and financial planning of wholly owned and operated joint venture assets, (ii) the evaluation of all corporate and business development opportunities, (iii) the raising of both debt and equity capital and the relationships with corporate banking lenders, and (iv) the management of the company’s financial and strategic joint venture partnerships.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS will include the following:Assist in the creation of Crestwood’s annual budget, long-term planning, and intra-year updates; personally responsible for key asset-level models and the communication of financial strategies to business leadersAnalyze potential investment opportunities including building financial models, conducting research and due diligence, and developing/presenting investment memorandums & presentationsWork closely with senior management to evaluate corporate strategies and develop near and long-term corporate objectivesServe as a key point person for our joint venture partners and manage board-level presentations and reportingAssist investor relations team with investor presentations, quarterly and annual earnings, press releases, and conferencesDevelop and maintain relationships with individuals and key stakeholders across the company to ensure open lines of communication and assistance for data and insights when evaluating strategic opportunitiesEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Top tier undergraduate degree in finance, economics, business, or accounting.2 or more years of relevant work and transaction experience within an investment bank or corporate finance team at an upstream or midstream oil and gas company.Highly proficient in MS Office products, most notably MS Excel and PowerPoint; excellent financial modeling and presentation abilities.Able to work independently within a small, dynamic deal team in a fast paced environment.Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written), and able to interact across all levels of the organization.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENTThe physical requirements and work environment described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
