Job Description : Duration: 5+ months contract with Possible extensionJob Description and Responsibilities: Client Services Finance Team is seeking to hire a Contractor at Finance Manager level to support Revenue Reporting and Analytics. Right candidate will be responsible for Managing monthly reporting, variance analysis, planning and forecasting of the Revenue, as well as providing insights to the key drivers and key Revenue metrics to measure of performance and enable decision making. Incumbent will be conceptually sound, rigorous, and details oriented, understanding of all of the various elements that impact revenue, with the goal of optimizing financial performance and delivering against financial goals. This is supported by core planning & analysis responsibilities, the ongoing drive to uncover new insights and suggest improvements, and by either making or enabling business decisions.Finance Manager of Revenue and Analytics (in Contractor capacity) plays a consultative role, supporting a wide array of key clients, products, and segments of the business, plus providing on-going Monthly reporting.Essential FunctionsEnable accurate Monthly Revenue reporting, provide analytical support, strategic insight :Partner with Finance and product leaders to understand and reveal new and compelling insights that help make high-impact decisionsStandardize and simplify processes to reduce effort on routine activities and free-up capacity for strategic projects, business analysis and downtime. Develop scalable processes & tools and enable business self-service to save X hours per month through improvementsBudget/Forecasts- standardize process and templates; develop and provide training on base knowledge, systems & requirements to teamPerformance ExpectationsDeliver on FY22 Revenue Goals or Client ServicesPublish Standard Monthly Reporting with function-specific metrics and associated budget targets on timePractice and encourage culture of a partnership with Regional teams and Businesses that is accountable, proactive and collaborative through regular touchpoints, business reviews. Become “go to” person for all things Revenue and trusted advisor / partnerProvide meaningful insights/ analytics (function-specific) to increase Business accountability and insight to drivers & capacityPartner with and Support Revenue Team in identifying new revenue opportunities and growth (providing CS specific data and insights)Manage existing framework and support improvements with CS revenue across Regions, key drivers, Average Revenue per Unit x Unit, and Margins for Revenue line & Service area. Model Revenue Margin with subcategory visibility to identify / establish key drivers and metrics; Understand HC and Unit interaction to enable Revenue Growth, operationalize for variance commentary, link to HC, margins & service costing and providing insight to prioritize Revenue growth opportunitiesDiscovery: Map any revenue billing lines to Consumer, NPF and VAS. Tag it to the Product. Meet with Business SMEs and Revenue team for prioritization and sharing thoughts.SkillsIntellectually curious; driven to find the right answer, investigativeHighly collaborative team player; able to establish strong relationships and recognize that team wins are individual winsAble to identify to key storylines, build and deliver presentationsAble to identify and gauge the strengths/weaknesses of the financial dataset and analysis; work with leadership to manage expectations higher or lower, as appropriateVery strong analytical skills, hands-on experience developing complex financial models and with solid foundation in Excel, PowerPoint, and TableauBasic Qualifications: 5 years’ experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering or relevant technical field; 4+ years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD); or a minimum of 2 years of work experience with a PhDSuperior problem identification and solving skills with ability to communicate effectively with executive managementDetail oriented and well organized; ensures accuracy and qualityAbility to work effectively with other functional areas and understand the operational and commercial issues relevant to achieving superior resultsExcellent interpersonal and people management skills, client-focused with tenacity to resolve issues and conflictsPreferred Qualifications: Investment banking, management consulting, or payments/card industry experience strongly preferredMBA (or relevant equivalent certification) strongly preferredAbility to influence stakeholders and cross functional teamsExperienced with multiple complex financial systems (e.g. Hyperion, TM1, Tableau) strongly preferred, with pre-existing knowledge of Client systems and practices a plusJob Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: Up to $50.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Miami, FL 33126: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Revenue management: 1 year (Required)Reporting: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
