Responsible for processing accounts receivable transactions such as cash application and credit memos. Ensure accuracy of master data and of customer and supplier accounts. Will interact with internal and external parties including customers and banking partners.

Job Summary

Process various types of accounts receivable transactions timely and accurately.
Monitor credit card batch deposits & processes chargebacks.
Complete reconciliations for lockbox clearing accounts, and other AR related accounts.
Verify that post accounts receivable transactions balance to journals, ledgers, and other records.
Update daily cash logs/reports.
Process adjustments on customer accounts.
Research and apply unallocated cash receipts in timely manner. Review customer statements prior to being made available to customers.
Prepare bank deposits using electronic check scanner.
Process daily payment runs for the collection of funds by ACH/EFT.
Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting such as AR aging, customer statements, audit requests, and monthly metrics.
Protect company proprietary and confidential information.
Collaborates to solve problems, shares ownership of results and maintains a high degree of integrity and honesty within the team and company.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1+ years of experience in using ERP systems.
Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
Excellent organization skills.
Ability to adjust quickly and to adhere to deadlines.
Team-oriented person
