| Job Description : | Financial AnalystResponsibilities include: · Perform advanced and semi-complex analysis and financial modeling of budget and financial data and provide recommendations based on the results of the analysis conducted· Assist in defining performance metrics and collecting the necessary data, verifying data accuracy and connections between performance and spending, interpreting results, and making performance data useful for management· Analyze P&L and financial statements and conduct trend analysis· Assist with preparation of monthly financial reporting package and quarterly Board presentations· Lead development of new reports and dashboards· Support KPI definition and measurement· Assist with various general accounting duties as needed, including but not limited to sales tax preparation, various monthly calculations for journal entries, A/P and/or A/R transactions· Ad hoc projects as needed to support decision-making in a rapidly evolving environmentEmployee Characteristics: · Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills· Ability to disseminate information in a clear and compelling manner· Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key business partners and stakeholders· Ability to successfully manage competing priorities and meet short deadlinesStrong quantitative and analytical reasoning skills· Team player personalityRequirements: · BS or MS in Accounting or Finance, or other related degree program· Excel expert with the ability to create robust, scalable, and flexible financial and operational models· Understanding of GAAP accounting· 3-5 years of financial analysis experienceSalary: $70 – $80K, depending on experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftExperience:Financial analysis: 3 years (Required)Financial modeling: 3 years (Required)Work Location: One location |
