| Job Description : | Rutherford Wine Company is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Finance & Accounting Team! This is an exciting growth position as our Financial Analyst works with all departments. As such, you will have an active role in influencing positive change for each department and the overall success of the business. As our Financial Analyst you will compile and circulate monthly, quarterly, and annual business reporting. You’ll be responsible for supporting business reporting and analysis for Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Monitor Sales and Marketing spending and have discussions with each team about variances to budget and ways to improve expense control. You will work closely with Production on new product development, and Warehousing and Sales to monitor and eliminate slow moving inventory.This position provides an opportunity for an eager go-getter to join a company where the Accounting and Finance team acts as a critical partner in support of a growing organization.
