REQUIREMENTS: CONTROLLER
Bachelor’s in Accounting or FinanceProven experience as Controller or similar role
Have In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practicesHave solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting

RESPONSIBILITIES: CONTROLLER
Monitor all financial activity of the organizationManage and train finance department personnelSignificant outgoing international wire activityCreate annual budget and periodic reforecastingMonitor spending and report on actual to budget variances.
Direct FTE allocation of Payroll and Benefits for all companies
Use data analysis to strategically forecast financial trendsEnsure that internal work processes that impact finances are properly posting with Dynamics for various eliminations required for consolidationsCoordinate annual audit and tax return filings with accounting firmHave a clear understanding of and adhere to current laws and regulations
