We are a fast growing small company seeking to add another best-in-class Sr. Technical Recruiter to our team to support full lifecycle recruiting and help us to deliver the most qualified candidates to our clients when and where they are needed.
Fill financial services consulting roles with high level technical and complex requirements such as Python/PySpark Developer/BI Analytics, Data Engineer Lead, Capital Markets Modeler, SAS Developer, Full Stack (AWS or Java) Developer, Technical Project Manager, and Securitization Transaction Manager.
Build out a thorough screening process for each requisition you are assigned.
Grow talent communities and develop effective communication strategies to keep passive candidates engaged with The Oakleaf Group.
Proactively source, screen and facilitate the hiring of highly qualified professional candidates; the position requires heavy daily phone, email and internet activity for generation and follow-up on leads.
Use advanced sourcing methodology to conduct deep Boolean searches beyond the mass-market job boards.
Master our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse, to track candidate activities, develop system-based email campaigns, and update/manage talent portals and talent communities.
Use TextUs for texting candidates for ease of communication and accurate tracking.
Schedule technical candidates with eTeki for in-depth technical assessments.
Meet daily and weekly metrics for phone screens and candidate submittals.
Meticulous attention to details is the #1 requirement!
8+ years’ experience as a full lifecycle technical recruiter, specifically focused on technology positions is required.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience in a high-volume consulting environment is required.
Demonstrated track record of owning projects from start to finish and delivering to client expectations.
Advanced use of recruiting tools like Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, HoneIt, eTeki, TextUs is a strong plus.
Use of Greenhouse Recruiting ATS is a strong plus.
Advanced sourcing expertise to access hidden talent pools beyond the traditional mainstream job boards.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to create a sense of urgency in others.
Communications must be FREE from typos, grammar issues, and spelling mistakes.
An ability to write and craft effective messaging is critical in this role.
