This position is heavily focused on client satisfaction and involves communication with clients in person, over the phone, and via email. It also involves handling incoming client questions and concerns, and efficient problem-solving.Financial Services Associate Responsibilities: Face to face consultations with clients to analyze their financial goals while exercising strict confidentiality and empathy regarding finances and personal information.Communicate with clients from initial enrollment throughout their debt relief programUtilize internal client relationship management software, including inputting and updating client information as neededResolve any complaints in a timely manner and with minimal escalations.Participating in daily training sessionsFinancial Services Associate Skills & Requirements: Experience in a customer service, or client facing roleExperience in Debt Relief is preferred but not necessaryStrong communication skillsProven ability to exercise critical thinking and problem solvingLeadership ability while remaining coachableAs this is an Entry Level position we expect a learning curve and are happy to work with our team members to ensure growth.Job Type: Full-timePay: $30,000.00 – $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:Paid time offParental leaveProfessional development assistanceReferral programSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCommission paySigning bonusWork Location: One location |
