Financial Services Representative
Department: Branch/Retail
Reports To: Retail Branch Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Provides quality banking service to meet customer needs. Job Duties: Answers customer questions and resolves issues and problems. Handles customer transactions, posts transactions, pays out funds, and verifies cash. Sets up new customer accounts and identifies customer need for other Banking service through consultative banking. Identifies counterfeit currency. Cross-sells bank products and services. Maintains appropriate currency logs. Must perform work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Work location is on the teller line, or at the drive-up window
Respond to customer inquires
Respond to customer needs with consultative banking approach
Set up new accounts in system
Interact with new customers (and professionals) to facilitate the opening and funding of accounts
Reports to: Retail Branch Manager
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week
Ability to work overtime when there are business needs
