| Job Description : | Seeking IT / Finance Systems ManagerCreate integrated Finance, Human Resources (HR), and Sales systems workflows and processes.Develop company’s (ERP) Enterprise Resource Planning system of integrated cost management across all departments.Responsibilities:Understand the business domain and help implement new functionalities of NetSuite, including Fixed Assets, Procurement Processes, Multi-book Accounting, Dunning, Credit Card Processing, Bank ReconciliationsEnsuring business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite.Developing configuration plan in NetSuite to align to Company use of user forms, fields and custom records to manage unique business process requirements.Testing future state business processes and script developmentAssisting with developing, planning, and managing NetSuite user acceptance testing, NetSuite upgrades etc.Generating intelligent reports and analyticsEnsuring SOX compliance in user provisioning, roles setup and financial processes from system administration point of viewManaging daily work of Systems Administrators focused and collaborating with cross-functional operational teams to support, assess, and prioritize firm’s finance-related business needs.Partnering with Revenue, FP&A, HR, Sales, and Business Operations teams to understand existing processes and challenges and recommending future opportunities as projects that align with business needs across multiple SaaS platformsBuild & maintain roadmap of Finance projects that integrates into the broader IT PMO Roadmap and aligns with Finance and other key system owners’ other major corporate system initiatives including Sales and HRDefining detailed business/functional requirements, process flow diagrams, and use cases.Partnering with the IT PMO Project Manager to drive the design, development, test, and delivery of new technologies/products to ensure achievement of business objectives across Finance.Managing the intake of Finance-related reported issues or enhancement requests, identifying technical root causes, and developing/deploying effective resolutions via a recurring Release cadence.Leading assessment of new systems from business case analysis, vendor evaluation, decision making, and licensing.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in technology related discipline or equivalent work experience.7+ years of proven experience managing successful projects and implementing technical solutions for Finance processes, systems, and life cycles.2+ years of experience in people management.Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce highly preferredExperience with LinkSquares, Namely and other SaaS enterprise applications desiredStrong technical application design experience and solid business acumen around Finance processes, segregation of duties, and internal controls.Experience solving multiple and complex operational and accounting challenges within and across the Finance function and in as much as it integrates with other up- and down-stream departments’ functions and systems.Job Type: Full-timePay: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:NetSuite: 3 years (Preferred)Project implementation: 5 years (Preferred)Management: 3 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Bachelors Degree (Preferred)Work Location: Remote |
