| Job Description : | Overview: Position SummaryThe Manager of FP&A will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust reporting and analysis platform instrumental to management decision making. In addition to providing general budget and forecasting analytics, their work on various strategic initiatives and operational improvement projects will help shape the future of the company. This position reports directly to the CAO and as such will have direct influence on key decisions and high visibility among the executive management team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepares and consolidates business plans, including the annual budget process, and all additional periodic forecasts requested by business leadersConducts and documents complex financial and business analyses and research in areas such as overall financial performance, rate of return, liquidity and working capital, profitability, strategyPrepare business cases to support new investments, strategic and other business decisionsReview existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvementDesign, prepare and deliver key periodic management reportsPerforms ad-hoc analysis and research for various projects and initiativesResponsibilities: RequirementsIntensely quantitative mind with keen business acumen – grasps the big picture and helps “management see around the corner”Professional qualification such as CA or CPA or CFA, preferredExcellent communication skills and high EQA demonstrated commitment to continuous improvementAdvanced knowledge and experience in Excel (complex financial modeling a MUST)Highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPointStrong desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentQualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or Finance with a strong accounting background) requiredFive years accounting experience required, preferably in an FP&A settingLocation: 6775 Lenox Center Court, Memphis, TN 38115Job Type: Full-time |
