Job Description : Job duties: Review financial statements, sales or activity reports to identify areas needing cost control/reduction and program budgeting. Direct marketing strategies for our departments concerned with the development of new products/markets. Direct administrative activities related to supplies procurement or inventory management. Improve production efficiencies and eliminate Waste in all aspects of the production process. Coordinate with dealers in local and international agricultural markets to manage logistics and shipping operations for cattle feeding Equipment and other general types of equipment including tractors, cattle feeders, cattle feeding mixers, parts, and more. Oversee management personnel in issues of hiring/firing, Disciplinary action, and payroll accounting. Facilitate client relations and engagement to boost retention and customer loyalty. Report to Laird Manufacturing, LLC. International Sales President. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, Minimum of 10 Years’ experience. Job Requirements Occupation: Senior management position or business administration, costing accounting or production manger Other major and/or fields of study required: Agriculture, Engineering, or Accounting. Travel Details: Occasionally visit our two (2) service centers to review performance as necessary. Meet with vendors and customers, such as on on-site visits for large projects. Attend shows and trade exhibitions, both locally and internationally. Salary: 122533.00 per Year (USD). Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:00AM-5:00PM and Friday, 7:00AM- 4:00PM Job location: Merced, CA.
