The Healthcare Financial Analyst will directly work the service line President and senior financial operations leader. Elara Caring is changing how behavioral and mental health services are delivered, through innovative specialty programs from OUD/SUD to PTSD for individuals who suffered combat trauma to care for aging adults.The O&S Senior Analyst will be a self-starter who wants to solve problems, partner with Elara Caring’s three other businesses (PCS, Hospice and Skilled Home Health) to drive integrated care and support direct care staff to enhance their daily processes. As part of the Behavioral Health service line, you will leverage your skills and have the ability to: work with senior leadership through weekly and monthly business reviews, learn the mental health eco-system and future growth opportunities. This is a great opportunity to advance analytical skills while also working directly with the business operators.Key Accountabilities:Ensures that all activities performed align with the vision of Elara Caring’s board of directors, executive team, and the leadership of the Behavioral Health team.Promotes Elara Caring’s philosophy, mission statement and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.Maintains patient and staff privacy and confidentiality pursuant to HIPAA Privacy Final Rule.Ensures that strategies are executed in keeping with the organization’s values, mission and vision.Supports the quarterly and annual budgeting process and P&L responsibilities in partnership with accounting and finance to ensure quality reporting and metric development.Supports the President and Vice President of Operations in development of weekly and monthly leadership presentations that includes operations and strategy of clinical, operational, and financial metrics.Completes and publishes daily growth dashboards that align with clinical, operational and financials metrics including additional analysis on how to drive positive change and process improvement.Partners with service line to develop intra-service line strategies around KPI enhancements.Supports annual business plan, goals, objectives, and operating and capital budgets for the division.Supports proposal development activities, including positioning, strategy development, customer negotiations, contract review, and pricing/costing to drive growth and value-based agreements.Performs other duties/projects as assigned.What is Required?EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant discipline.EXPERIENCE: 5 years of healthcare experienceCERTIFICATION/LICENSURE: Not applicable.SKILLS:Fluent in the use of standard analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, etc.)Excellent communications skills both written and verbalAbility to deal with critical issues or concernsAbility to think strategically company-sideStrong working knowledge of healthcare payment trends in value-based arrangements or bundled paymentsAbility to manage or facilitate meetings with attendees from varying business functional areasAbility to speak to varying levels of an organizationWhy Join the Elara Caring mission?· Supportive, collaborative environment· Unique, rewarding opportunity caring for patients in their homes· Competitive compensation· Comprehensive onboarding and mentorship· Opportunities for advancement and growth· Medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K and paid-time off for full-time staff.Apply with Elara Caring today!Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: Multiple Locations |
