The Hospital Senior VP of Finance will be able to spearhead internal growth for an accredited facility. Previous experience as a Controller in Acute Care and being a CPA is plus!
This 200+ bed facility is a great place of work for a Hospital Senior VP of Finance. The Hospital Senior VP of Finance will have access to cutting edge technology and a tenured staff. This facility offers a variety of services including rehab, home health/hospice, in/outpatient surgical services to obstetrics, intensive care and high tech radiology services, and more. The Hospital Senior VP of Finance will report directly to the CFO to lead all fiscal departments. These departments will include administering Hospital policies on finance, accounting, insurance, systems, controls and auditing. The Hospital Senior VP of Finance will be supported by separate teams over each fiscal unit. These will include some of the most experienced staff accountants, EMR specialists, Actuaries, and more. The Hospital Senior VP of Finance will run all financial departments fiscally, operationally, and administratively correct to the state, federal, and government standards. The Hospital Senior VP of Finance must be able to create an environment that promotes growth of staff and patient experience. The Hospital Senior VP of Finance must also be able to maintain high quality relations with governing bodies.
