We are seeking an Integration Portfolio Project Manager on a contract basis. The Integration Project Portfolio Manager (PM) leads portfolio coordination of key change projects to assist with performance, adoption and usage of campaign measurement tools to drive a data driven practice culture. Assist with the implementation and enhancements to both existing projects as well as approved change critical projects.
Reporting to the VP, Transformation Leader, the PM will coordinate & manage integration project portfolio across key stakeholders throughout the Growth function. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting planning of project execution, including identifying key stakeholders, risks to plan and appropriate mitigation strategies to help lead to successful project execution as well as project reporting. The selected candidate will engage with leadership and peers to ensure the correct level of visibility to the projects and respective impacts to the team.
This role works closely with other Growth and Company’s team members in a matrix environment and should be proficient at leading large projects.
This role is ideal for a candidate who has worked within the disciplines of a PMO.
What You’ll Do:
Manage an integration project portfolio to represent GEM Portfolio initiatives affecting processes or platforms across the business.
Work with cross functional business teams to shape project requirements, facilitate project meetings, project plans and ongoing communication.
Support & conduct operating measurement tools assessments to assist with determining adoption and user experience satisfaction project metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
Design progress dashboards & monitors project risks and escalates when appropriate.
Lead and influence business change management planning, design, development and execution.
Identify project impediments to successfully drive change adoption and enablement
Strong communication skills
Superior oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage expectations of the business, clients, team members, management and external groups.
Technical experience in JIRA or other project management tools
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
7 years of work experience with an emphasis on process improvement project management will be accepted
5+ years of project and process management experience required
3+ years of experience creating reports
Experience in JIRA, MS Office (excel, word, Project, PowerPoint) & TEAMs
Strong business acumen including a broad understanding of financial services business processes and practices
Prior experience successfully leading and motivating teams in a matrix environment
Knowledge of SharePoint/Teams
Knowledge of Agile methodology and Agile Certification
Project Management experience a must
Superior oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage expectations of the business, clients, team members, management and external groups
Experience working with QA for projects and overall understanding of best practices
Hands on, self-motivated professional style with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple initiatives
Desire to work in an open, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree a high school diploma/GED
Hours & Location
M-F, 40 hours/week . This role will be 100% remote est .
