Job Description : What we need: Reporting to the Manager, Internal Advisory Consulting, this position provides support for a designated territory working in partnership with a Regional Manager, Advisory Consulting to provide the highest quality service and support for financial advisors that are committed to the fee-based advisory business model. The primary objective of the position is to drive the growth of assets under management and net new assets on Cetera’s advisory platforms. Location: Remote, United States What you will do : Responsible for relationship building and selling by phone to increase and retain advisory assets. Create advisory business opportunities with top advisors by making outbound & taking inbound calls daily. Provide sales ideas, handle product questions, and communicate product information to advisors. Provide quality customer service to internal & external customers by creating & instilling value-added service in the sales process. Provide product and procedural information to financial advisors to ensure the accuracy of the advisory asset realization process. Responsible for answering calls efficiently to meet corporate metrics and service level agreements. Accountable for tracking advisory sales assets and recording results. Responsible for supporting Regional Manager, Advisory Consulting external / field sales efforts.
