Investment Adviser RepresentativeWe are a locally owned and managed SEC Registered Investment Advisory firm located in the east end of Louisville, KY. While we may appear to be your typical wealth management firm that manages stock portfolios and retirement accounts, we are unique in that we have a real estate development division that specializes in real estate partnerships that allow our clients to invest in our various real estate properties.We are seeking an Investment Adviser Representative to provide excellent service and advice to our clients and assist them with reaching their financial goals.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Advise clients on investment strategies and other financial decisionsAssess clients’ assets, liabilities, and overall financial conditionsProvide outstanding service based on the client’s best interestsNetwork and build relationships with new and existing client baseHandle or assist with client calls, onboarding, reviews, and meetingsPortfolio Management of managed client accounts, including investment due diligencePrepare presentations that recommend various financial productsPreparation of reports, spreadsheet, and other materials for client meetingsReview and communicate portfolio performances to clientsEnsure compliance with SEC rules and regulationsAddress client inquiries about products and services in a timely fashionResearch client and industry information as neededStay up to date on company products and servicesEducate clients on account services and capabilities (e.g., statement/account questions, how to use Online Services, paperless options, etc.)Coordinate appropriate documentation to set up new accounts as well as maintain client portfoliosProcess account service requests and ensure appropriate documentation is obtained and maintainedMaintain contact management systems with up-to-date key client informationCompile and update necessary documents and contractsMaintain and update client and company files as required on products and servicesRequired Qualifications and Skills:Series 65 or Series 7 and 66 license requiredHigh School diploma required3–5 years previous experience in financial industryAbility to build rapport with clientsStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional customer service skillsStrong attention to detailService orientedAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentCompensation based on experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: From $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offParental leaveVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Financial Industry: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
