| Job Description : | Manager Control Room ComplianceYour role will be responsible for all Control Room duties, including conflicts checks/clearance and being a part of a team of Regulatory Compliance specialists to assist in coverage for conflict management related matters.You will be responsible forProviding direction and support for the responsibilities and functions of the Global Control Room.Acting as a key contact in the Global Control Room, including in relation to conflicts clearance, restrictions, wall-crossing, and research clearanceDeveloping and refining Global Control Room related policies and procedures in the key areas of coverage.Assisting in the assessment and rating of business regulatory risk in respect of conflict management related mattersAdvising Global Business lines on the impact on the business of applicable laws, rules and regulations.Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Finance or related fieldAt least 4 years in a Capital markets environment working in a Control RoomPrevious conflicts, compliance and/or regulatory experience, preferably across a number of different business lines.Excellent knowledge of Global Banking products and transaction scenariosExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to make and support decisions with sound reasoning.Ability to clearly articulate business and regulatory implications of analysis and findings.High standard of written documentation.Job Type: Full-timePay: $175,000.00 – $190,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:New York, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s):Do you have Control Room Compliance experience?Experience:Financial Compliance & Regulatory Occupations: 4 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
