Who we are looking for: We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee Marketplace Unit Supply Chain cost planning and reporting. This role will require an analytical mindset, have an ability to understand and reconcile multiple cost views (reported versus marketplace unit allocation reality), and manage the matrix with cross-functional geography and Global business partners. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, have a sense of urgency, be attentive to details, be adept at multi-tasking, and feel comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. This individual should have a strategic mind set and have an ability to take complex financials and break that down into a simplified story line connected to investment capabilities for business partners to easily consume. This role requires the ability to be a highly proficient communicator with multiple cross functional business partners and interpret the matrix. What you will work on: In this role, you will oversee in fiscal year and 18 month rolling forecast process for both what is currently billed versus a more appropriate marketplace unit allocation process. You will manage forecasts for warehousing, freight, and other cost of goods sold items for the Nike Direct business. You will lead, guide, and answer questions for the supporting Senior Financial Analyst. In this role you will work with multiple finance, controlling, supply chain, and DSM partners. This candidate should challenge the status quo and be curious to drive process improvements! They will work back with the Supply Chain Finance Director to implement progressive and strategic changes in the planning process. This role will be the lead Supply Chain Finance support for SEC. Who you will work with: This role reports into the NA Direct Supply Chain Finance Director. You will be a team member on a 20+ Supply Chain Finance team that is based at WHQ and in Memphis. You will work closely with Nike Direct, Gross Margin, and Business Planning Financial teams. Other Key stakeholders within Finance include both Global and North America Supply Chain Finance, Digital, NSO, NFS, Controlling, Gross Margin planning, and Business Planning. Outside of Finance relationships include Marketplace Operations, Supply Chain Strategy, Transportation, Good Flow planning, Demand Supply Management partners, and SEC partners. What you bring: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or other related field or combination of relevant education, experience, and training MBA or CPA preferred 5+ years of relevant professional experience with fortune 500 or multinational consumer products company Advanced proficiency in excel and power point Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, and TM1 Cognos Strong communication skills written and verbal Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and provide innovative solutions Excellent interpersonal skills Explains difficult business concepts and financial impacts in a digestible way to all consumers Detail-oriented, analytical, ability to multi-task, and deliver a high level of accuracy Anticipate consumer needs, assess requirements, and identify new solutions Self-starter, eager to learn, results oriented, and creative thinker NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
