Job Description : Position Summary
This position will be responsible for all accounting, marketing, and HR operations of the company. This individual will produce financial reports, maintain accurate records, and control budgets. This individual will also be responsible for payroll.
Primary Responsibilities
Guarantee that accounts payable are paid in a timely mannerEnsure that accounts receivable are collected promptlyPeriodic bank reconciliationIssue financial statements and prepare quarterly and annual reportsReport significant budget issues to managementComply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirementsEmployee PayrollOverseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standardsAnswering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staffMonitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as requiredInterviewing and training new office employees and organizing their employment paperworkOrganizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working orderReporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and proceduresBachelor’s Degree in accounting, business or related field is preferredExperience in related position is required.
