Packaged Content Strategy team supports the services consulting eco-system in ensuring efficiency through consistent, focused, and standardized materials.

About the Role
We are looking for a successful candidate to:
Understand the existing Workday Integrations Landscape
Define Integration types and patterns across Product, Solution Enablement & Workday Professional Services, and confirm how they all fit together
Work with the Delivery Packaging Team & Delivery Leaders to prioritize Integrations for packaging, standardization and efficiency improvements
Program manage list of integrations for efficiency and consistency improvements
Identify & understand key partners and collaborator, on needed focus areas
Report and track success of Integrations optimization program

About You
At least 5+ years of experience with Program Management or Project Management
At least 5+ years of experience either directly or indirectly with Integrations; understanding integrations and how they are deployed on projects
Strong communicator able to synthesize and communicate a strategy among internal and external stakeholders
Strong collaboration and personal leadership skills with ability to drive cross-functional projects
Ability to use data analysis, research, and audits to facilitate decisions and show success
Experience creating a governance process from start to sustain
Strong time management and attention to detail
Strong organizational & listening skills
Great teammate!
