| Job Description : | Seeking an Analyst to join the Investment Operations team supporting public invested assets as it pertains to investment accounting and reporting.The Portfolio Operations team supports various public investment products including but not limited to public equity exposure (ETF’s), investment grade & high yield debt products, private credit, and derivatives.The Analyst will work with team members and Manager and is responsible for supporting team deliverables/mandates.Will be expected to foster an environment of continuous improvement and assist/participate in initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and control.Responsibilities:Support all transaction processing, provide holdings certification and validation of all lifecycle events within the ABOR. Ensures timely and accurate recordkeeping of investment activity within accounting book of record (ABOR) through reconciliation and analysis within investment systems.Oversee maintenance and controls of financial systems and provide input to help continuously improve operational process.Keep manager and teams leads updated on progress of work and communicate issues/delays timely to avoid missed deadlines.Ensure work is completed thoroughly and accurately before submitting for review.Review workflows and identify process improvements, and ways to make workflows more efficient.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field is required.Requires a minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in Funding Accounting or Investment Operations.Preferred: Familiarity with SS&C CAMRA, BlackRock Aladdin, and SimCorp Dimension is preferred but not requiredJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $45.00 – $52.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Portfolio Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)Investment: 4 years (Preferred)BlackRock Aladdin: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: Remote |
