|Job Description :||Job title: Rating AnalystFLSA Status: ExemptReports To: Manager, RatingDepartment: Business Performance & AnalyticsStatus: Full TimePosition SummaryThe Rating Analyst is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining rating tariffs for individual customers, using the company’s TMW system. This position has a high level of focus on accuracy to ensure customers and drivers are billed and paid correctly.Duties and Responsibilities: Understand and interpret multiple rate agreements / customer contractsSet-up rating in TMW systems for billing department to be able to efficiently and accurately invoice customers.Work with pricing and sales to ensure accurate information is entered and updated as needed.Answer emails from dispatch and billing regarding rates and charges billable to a specific customer.Work with customers and our collections department to answer questions regarding rating disputes and work to resolve any issuesPerform additional duties as required.Job RequirementsEducation and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.High School Diploma or GEDStrong experience with Microsoft Excel and OutlookPreferred qualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s DegreePreferred work experience in transportationData Entry ExperienceExperience using TMW SoftwareEssential Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.
